We want you to love your Club L London look, but if it is not quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags and security ribbons attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the parcel is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download your return label or QR code from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized local collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
